Last week, Women’s Memoirs published an interview with memoir author Jenny Lynn Anderson, author of Room 939: 15 Minutes of Horror, 20 Years of Healing. When we looked at her book, we loved the innovative use she made of Quick Response codes.
“What the heck is a QR code?” When I mention them to friends and family, I can almost see the balloon over their head containing those words — with about five question marks. Actually, you’ve been seeing QR codes around town, on magazine and newspaper ads, and even billboards. You just may not have noticed. They are popping up lots of places, but I’d never seen them used in a book. Have you ever wondered what QR is all about?
