Post #5 – Women’s Memoirs, Rosie the Riveter – Matilda Butler and Kendra Bonnett
As most of you know, Kendra Bonnett and I wrote the collective memoir: Rosie’s Daughters: The “First Woman To” Generation Tells Its Story. We are pleased that the memoir has now won four book awards — 2008 IPPY National Book Award; 2010 Indie Excellence, Finalist; 2010 San Francisco Book Festival, Honorable Mention; and 2010 Best Beach Book, Finalist.
Kendra and I continue to research this generation of women and have several additional questions that we would like to ask. Interested?
