At the age of 24, Jerramy, who had wanted to be a princess since the age of six, was presented with an opportunity to write her memoir. She never hesitated. Many women worry about the right time to write a memoir. Jerramy suggests that the story tells you if it is time.

Jerramy regularly works on her storytelling skills. She told us that she has a friend who calls her “a jukebox of stories.” Jerramy goes on, “Just press a button and I’ll tell a story.” If you’re considering your writing voice, you might practice storytelling when you are around friends. Which voice works for you?

And think you’ll never get that chapter right? Jerramy reworked the Epilogue 30 times beore she was satisfied with it. Just on your 20th rewrite? Take heart, you’ll find the right words to express your feelings.
